Job description
- To implement Crop Forecasting, Weather forecast update;
- To conduct on the ground crop surveys, monitor and report general crop conditions, weather monitoring, yields, land usage, competing crops;
- To provide technical support and advise farmers on the production of crops;
- To prepare and provide training to farmers;
- To measure yield and quality within a representative sample of farms;
- To identify potential quality and supply issues prior to harvest and commercialization.
Job Requirement
-
Bachelor Degree/Engineer, major in Agronomy;
-
Experience of around 10 years in industry Farmers, Pepper, Exporters, and local authorities;
-
Good English.
