Mô tả công việc

• Responsible for planning and executing marketing plans to achieve the targets 

• Coordinate with R&D, Sales and agencies to roll out product launches, trade programs, communications plan within timeline, budget and quality

• Work closely with Sales team to identify, prioritize and activate brands by channels and responsible for brand operations at the point of sales 

• Lead communications campaigns to drive brand propositions among target audience across Vietnam and neighbouring markets

Yêu cầu công việc

• Passionate and engaged individual with 5+ years of experience in brand building (in Feed/Farm business is a plus) who have the capacity to cope with short term issues, while still keeping the end vision and objective well ahead of him/her.

• A marketer with strong brand mindset and communications skills 

• Curious individuals who are able to make complex decisions using all the data available but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.

• People able to collaborate with a very diverse group with different professional and cultural backgrounds, turning them into an effective and powerful team
