Job description

- To manage employee records in accordance with company regulations (Hi-staff hardware and software files)

- To control the attendance of the departments, to complete monthly salary calculation data, to ensure accurate and punctual salary payment.

- To make monthly PIT declaration reports and annual PIT finalization.

- To contact tax authorities to issue personal tax identification numbers, tax identification numbers for dependents, register for family deduction ...

- To follow up and carry out procedures according to welfare policy (birthday, filial piety, joy, sickness ...) for employees of the Company.

- To coordinate with relevant departments to organize periodic health checks for the company's employees according to the plan.

- To make reports and compare and pay the compulsory Insurance monthly with the Insurance Agency.

- To make a list of new issues, amendment cards, cut / return health insurance cards to employees according to regulations

- To manage social insurance books (To do procedures for new issue of social insurance books, close the social insurance books for employees to resign, edit books ...).

- To make monthly reports on monthly in order to increase and decrease of accident insurance for the voluntary insurance unit.

- To receive and guide employees to complete the insurance payment profile. Following procedures with the Insurance Agency to settle benefits of social insurance, unemployment insurance, ... for employees (illness, maternity, accident, retirement, death ...).

- To guide and answer questions about policies and insurance regimes for employee

- To follow up and implement procedures for job invitation, probationary evaluation, signing labor contract, salary increase, promotion, transfer, discipline, reward and dismissal.

- Monitoring, updating assessment of qualifications, practicing certificates, KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis for all employees.

- To summarize the results of monthly and annual reviews of the Company.

- To perform other tasks assigned by the Head.

Job Requirement

- University graduated in related fields

- Experience at least 03 years working as a human resource, salary, company size from 200 employees or more

- Has made PIT finalization for the company, insurance report to the insurance agency.

- Proficient in computer Office (Special Excel).

- Good conversational English

- Skills in data processing and reporting, have been using payroll software for at least 1 year. Priority with Histaff experience.

- Skills to update and apply current laws to the job.

- Good communication, problem solving skills. - Meticulous, careful, detailed, has a good memory, loves numbers and can work with high pressure.
