Job description

A/ Payroll:

  • Be in-charge of timekeeping and payroll for related Department.
  • Monitor Annual leave and overtime situation of related Department.
  • Pay other benefits for employees.
  • Calculate, check and pay monthly salary for the employees.

B/ Insurance:

  • Pay the Social insurance benefits for the employees.
  • Issue and re-issue the Health insurance cards for the employees.
  • Support the employees in the medical examination and treatment.
  • Receive, monitor & check insurance book of new employees.
  • Make declarations for new employees.
  • Adjust employees’ personal information of insurance.
  • Unemployment monthly report to Insurance Dept.
  • Guide for Unemployment registration, to return social Insurance book.
  • Guide the procedure of the accident compensation for the the employees.
  • Support the employees in payment for the accident benefit.

C/ Outsourcing Management:

  • Control and monitor outsourcing activities and service fee payment.

D/ Others:

  • Carry out jobs as assinged by superiors.

Job Requirement

  • Female under 28 years old;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related major;
  • Good knowledge in Labor Law, Insurance Law, Human resource field
  • Good command for both written and spoken in English (TOIEC 750, IELTS 6.0 or more);
  • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

  • Working Place: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai (shuttle bus from HCM to working place);
