Job description

- Assist Head of Third Party Department to develop and implement call assessment plan according to customer list allocated to each sale agents of Third Parties.
- Synthesize results and generate call quality analysis (based on content, processes, products…) to report to team leads, Head of Third Party Department
- Maintain close interaction with sales team to generate feedbacks timely to help sale agents of Third Parties improve their skills & performance
- Use the call quality reports to assist Head of Third Party Department in proposing changes/ improvements for training material
- Maintain a complete understanding of all products/ internal and external processes in order to correctly assess the quality made by sales agents/TL/SS
- Set up short meeting and retrain skill as well products for sale agents/TL/SS of Third Parties.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Third Party QA TeamLead.

Job Requirement

Background

- Bachelor Graduate, major: Business Administration; Economics or relating area 
- At least 02 years’ experiences working in relevant fields, preferably working for banking or financial institution 
- Understanding of banking products & services
