Job description

  • Smooth handling all sea/air export shipment as per company’s standard operating procedure.
  • Maintain good customer service relationship with customers in US and Vietnam.
  • Follow up and control subcontractors during handling door to door shipments.
  • Follow up and solve problems with overseas agent if any.
  • Work sales team in US (New York and California).
  • Full support Sales’ enquiries for achieving sales goals.
  • Complains solving in time.
  • Make reports to manager as requested.
  • Make shipping docs on system.
  • Other service task assigned by CEO.

Job Requirement

  • Fresh graduate in Bachelor Degree/College with International Business or Logistics or Export/Import.
  • Good command of English
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Have knowledge on INCO Terms & Letter of Credits knowledge
  • Have experience in customer services in logistics is priority.
  • Use good application Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Thoughtful, honest, serious, dynamic, good communication.

  • Can work in night time from 8:30pm – 2:30am
  • Working date: From Tue – Sun
  • Can work at home.
  • Have 6 months bonus and annual bonus
  • Signed labor contract after probation time.
