Job description

• Responsible for creating food & beverage strategy, recipe/menu development, and
  culinary innovation from ideation to prototype
• Develop F&B creative strategy and plan
• Create new menu, offerings and improve current menu structure for the existing
  brands
• Launch new menu based on plan and schedule within target timeline and budget
• Monitor and analyze the result and performance of new menu and reflect creative
  strategy to continuous improvement
• Work with teams to implement category development strategies to strengthen
  suppliers, quality, and innovation for Private Brands products focusing on the
  application of culinary
• Responsible for understanding culinary trends and delivering new and innovative
  products that meet customer needs within assigned categories.
• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data and consumer research to
  identify emerging trends
• Other tasks will be discussed in the interview

Job Requirement

• 3+ year’s experience as a Head Chef/Executive Chef, total 10 years culinary experience
• Retail Food Service experience a plus
• Strong sense of ownership and team responsibility
• Action-oriented and highly focused on experimentations
• Able to communicate in English
