Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic members to join our team with the following main roles and skill requirement:

  • Prepare recruitment material (JD, C&B, contract ...) and align to other department manager for recruitment process.

  • Follow up labor contract of employees and proceed the issues related to labor contract.

  • Follow and execute the recruitment process & equivalent documents (qualify application, interview)

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

  • Update the new rules, regulations in term of the new changes in law of governments

  • Other tasks as assigned by Direct Supervisor and/or Department Head

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with the same position.

  • Good English communication;

  • Good problem solving, leadership and influencing skills ; responsible and valued contributed.

  • Strong personal and have good ability to work independently in HR functions.

  • Good understanding of labor law; insurance law
