Job description

• Troubleshoot computer and device hardware related to end-users
• Install and configure Microsoft products (Windows, Office365, ...)
• Onsite at CMC TSSG's customer company to support simple problems according to instructions
• Participate in other jobs as directed by Line Manager

Job Requirement

• The final year student with IT major
• Ability to communicate in English
• Good at teamwork
• Quickly handle of situations
• If you have CCNA/MCSA/Cloud or equivalent certificates is a big plus
• Working full-time from at least 2 months
