Job description

• In charge of key customers and a team of Key Account Supervisors and Promotion Girls.
• Accountable for developing assigned customers in its achievement of profit and volume objectives.
• Responsible for recruiting, training & coaching KAS, PGs through day-to-day operations in order to build a professional and high-skill sales team & professional and personal development and career planning for all staff to maintain the continuity and meet the business growth.
• Responsible for risk prevention/protection and safety for all staff including establishing safety instruction, making sure process running in accordance with corresponding instruction, adequate safety training given to staff, safety devices/guarding/PPE (personal protective equipment) are properly installed/used correctly, if required
• Acts as a professional business representative of the company to manage key customers.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in B.A or Marketing.
• At least 3-year experience in Sales/Trade Marketing/Sales Field Training at FMCG Company and 1-year experience in Key Account channel.
• Good planning skill, Good analytical skills, Good field supervisory and coaching skill, Good communication & presentation skills (both in English and Vietnamese), Good Computer skills (MS. Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
