Job description

Key purpose of role:
1. Identify and secure commercial opportunities for company’s primary portfolio
2. Increase on-trade distribution and visibility for company’s primary portfolio.
3. Act as a Brand Ambassador for company and the brands that we represent

Key Responsibilities and duties:
1. Identify and successful negotiate for contract with existing and potential customers.
2. Ensure customer adherence to contracts, including enforcing visibility, volume and payment terms
3. Expanding on-trade distribution for company’s primary portfolio
4. Increase brand exposure in the on-trade through menu-listings, posm deployment, signage and activation of promotional programs.
5. Build and maintain purposeful relationship with key accounts
6. Maximize customer profitability by leveraging company’s multi-beverage portfolio.

1. Number of contracted Customers delivering revenue of minimum 10 million VND
2. Distribution of for company’s primary portfolio
3. On-Trade visibility for company’s primary portfolio
4. Customer profitability

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Requirements
1. University degree in relevant field
2. Great communication and negotiating skills
3. Ability to build lasting authentic relationships
4. Fluent in English and Vietnamese
5. Ability to work independent
