Job Requirement

• Experienced in developing preventive maintenance schedules, managing engineering teams, reducing machine downtime by max %, coordinated with Production and Quality.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Specialized Courses: Reliability Engineering, Safety Management
• ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 Safety Training
• Demonstrated experience in prudent and effective leadership.
• Ability to perform under high-pressure conditions.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability in all assigned tasks.
• Flexible, proactive, innovative, with strong problem-solving skills; loyal and fully dedicated to the organization.
• Willingness to be available at any time in the event of an incident or upon management request
