Job description

1. Manage existing products in Powder Drinks & Processed Foods category in terms of Brand and Product management including:

• Make and execute mid-term or yearly Marketing plans;
• Define and implement communication programs designed to build equity of the in-charge brand;
• Monitor Marketing expenses, uncover insights and recommendation for the business;
• Accountable for analyzing data and delivering growth in sales, profit and brand equity targets under manager’s direction;
• Design and manage market research or survey;

2. Lead and manage the communication development process starting with insight leading to differentiated competitive positioning and manage agency relationships;

3. Lead development and execution of business plans through interaction with related departments.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related major.
• At least 4 years experience of Marketing, Trade Marketing, Market Research, Advertising in FMCG industry for Marketing Supervisor OR at least 2 years at the same experience for Marketing Executive  .
• Under 28 years old;
• Good command of English (IELTS 6.0 or more - 4 skills);
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Good knowledge about Marketing and New product development;
• Strong understanding of core marketing concepts, 3C, 4P, ATL – BTL;
• Experience in research engines, in IoT and Photoshop and digital/social marketing;
• Have Brand building and managing skills;
• Good understanding of P&L drivers and be able to find out issues;
• Have team-player and demonstrative collaboration skills with high sense of responsibility;
• Consumer driven, strategic, analytical-power and rationale business mindset;
• Good at communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, open-minded, organization skills;
