Job description

• Monitor global market trends and their impact on our product lines, coordinating with the design team to develop seasonal collections that bring innovation and freshness to our customers;

• Lead meetings with cross-functional teams (design, production, and technical teams) to ensure new developments reflect market trends and fulfill customer expectations;

• Actively engage in sourcing activities to select materials that align with key trends, meet collection goals, and adhere to cost targets;

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design cost-effective products, conduct risk analysis, and ensure production feasibility of all developed products;

• Maintain organized records of all necessary documentation throughout the development process to hand over to the production team once development transitions to an order.

 

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in apparel product development, including sourcing, development, and costing, with a focus on international brands, especially casual wear;

• Foundational knowledge of materials and technical design;

• Strong communication skills and effective presentation abilities;

• Proficiency in English at a business level to coordinate with overseas teams;

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
