Job description

• Ensuring quality of materials before sending them to the production line;
• Manage QC Operators;
• Controlling quality from production process to Customers;
• Controlling quality of raw materials, finished products according to ISO, HACCP, GMP +;
• Reporting to Production Manager once facing unusual cases, also recommending solutions to fix;
• Ensuring quality of products is controlled under the excellent system, without defective product;
• Supervising the compliant to check quality parameters at stages following recurrence in QMS to ensure figures under control;
• Analyzing to predict the tendency of quality, the risks for product quality & reporting to Production Manager based on the quality report. Organizing meetings to find out long term solutions to sustain quality results in urgent cases;
• Planning to adjust all analysis equipment;
• Maintaining good condition for analyzing equipments;
• Summarizing quality results & sending the daily report to Production Manager;
• Investigating root causes leading to defect products.

Job Requirement

• Degree of Associates or above major in food technology, biotechnology, animal feed, veterinary;
• At least 03 years experiences working in Quality Control & ISO dept relating animal feed/ Foods factory;
• Good command of English;
• Proficiency with office skills;
• Having knowledge of quality control;
• Having strong analytical skills;
• Able to work independently and manage team/skilled workers;
• Proficiency in data entry and management;
• Being honesty, enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility in their work.
