Job description

Recruitment

-        Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process (including job description, recruitment measurement, recruitment channels, recruitment source, taking proper actions to close gaps)

-        Build annual recruitment plans with assistance from operations & unit managers and deliver planned, regular recruitment sessions in line with operational needs

-        Sets recruitment measurement and distributes the job vacancies across HR Recruiters

-        Screen applications & CVs and conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions

-        Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment plan

-        Research & identify appropriate & high quality candidate pools

-        Build the enrichment data of candidates

-        Develop new recruitment channels

-        Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.

Management team

-        Lead team to comply with recruitment process to get appropriate candidates

-        Plan and attend Business unit visits to maintain understanding of operational recruitment needs and offer support to the management team

-        Recruit, coach and train recruitment team to improve the professional competencies

-        Manage additional activities and projects as with HR Manager agreed.

Others

-        Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers

-        Support HR team to enrich the procedures, policies related to HR functions

-        Advise HR solutions to HR team and Head of Departments

-        Conduct exit interviews with team members & provide feedback to Lines managers

-        Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process

Report

-        Prepare reports of Recruitment performance, the efficiency of new recruitment channels and annual budget utilization

-        Reporting the time recording reports

Job Requirement

-        At least 2 year experience as Recruitment Supervisor and 04 year experience in HR industry.

-        University Degree.

-        English: Excellent in reading / listening/ writing/speaking

-        Computer Skill: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet.

-        Excellent communication skills

-        Excellent negotiation skills

-        Managerial and leadership skills

-        Analytical skills

-        Social Media Knowledge, relevant industry network

-        Ability to develop strong relationships and work with Lines Managers

-        High Responsibility

Others

-        Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable
