Job description

• Supervise, monitor, and consolidate data report for farms and monitor status of the plant stems;
• Consolidate, update, and analyze research data for the reports;
• Supervise monitoring of moko/ fusarium inoculum load in the farms;
• Coordinate with farm team to do the survey trial: anthracnose (folia disease), leaf sigatoka;
• Summarize production and disease data;
• Conduct water and soil analysis;
• Supervise administration and follow-up on plants research program;
• Perform supervisory tasks such as planning, organizing, and controlling;
• Other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree, MA or Ph.D in Agriculture/ Chemical/ Biology/ Plant Science, or Horticulture;
• At least 3 years relevant experience;
• Autonomous, organized, communicative, trustworthy, and proactive;
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills;
• Have the ability to relocate within Vietnam and willing to travel including overseas;
• Intermediately in both English and Vietnamese and computer skills with MS Office.
