Mô tả công việc

• Implement and maintain site EHS procedures to comply with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide day-to-day supervision, management of all EHS aspects during construction phase of project. Implementation and roll-out of various EHS programs;
• Control Warehouse activities as well as hand-on warehousing daily task on SAP as well as on site to achieve safe, cost effective and timely activities of warehousing, logistics to meet customers’ needs and achieve business targets;
• Support line manager to monitor site EHS program including but not limited to Hazard Communication, Work Permit System, Emergency Response, Behavioral Safety, Incident Investigation, Contractor Management, Process Safety and Site Security, to prevent human injury and loss of property;
• Lead and hand-on warehousing daily task to meet business demand with fully comply company EHS Logistics & Warehouse standard, ISO standards, and local law and regulation related to logistics, distribution and warehouse management;
• Supervise and manage stock in warehouse to be accurate. Conduct monthly/ quarterly and annual stock count to maintain stock accuracy in warehouse;
• Responsible for material availability to avoid any shortage for production and sales;
• Work with Production team and Customer Service team to deliver effectively distribution plan to customers safely and effective cost;
• Handling importing/ exporting Product to support trading activities of business;
• Work with line manager for good practice sharing and continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven EHS execution experience in supervising construction work, manufacturing daily work is strongly desirable;
• Diploma in warehouse management, logistics and import/ export;
• 3-5 years working experience for logistics and warehousing in chemical plant;
• Forklift truck driving license;
• Good knowledge in computer literacy, SAP for warehouse and logistics management;
• Basic knowledge of equipment uses with warehouse operations and certify to defensive safe driving and maintenance explosion-proof forklift, hand lifter, emergency kit for handling chemical leakage;
• Good analytical and decision making, communication and win-win negotiation skill;
• Good command in English reading, speaking and writing.
