Mô tả công việc

- Collaborate with data analyst to collect necessary Call center data (KPI, attrition rate, etc.) and information (workflow, process, etc.) from divisions, prepare comprehensive analysis reports

- Develop and customize operations processes and procedures (quality assessment, performance management, etc.). Coordinate with divisions to implement and continuously improve processes and procedures

- Study and understand divisions’ workflows, clients’ situation to continuously plan and propose improvement methods/activities

- Research, plan and propose new services to divisions, aiming to expand business scale

- Set up new projects (timeline planning, vendor coordination, etc.) upon clients’ request

- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors

- Working time: 05 days/week (and Bi-weekly Saturday)

- Working place: Tân Bình Dist, HCM City

Yêu cầu công việc

- Academic level: University

- Experience:

+ Call center experience (at least 1 year)

+ Planning and Market Research experience

- Language: Vietnamese, English

- IT skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

- Other skills: Researching, Planning, Reporting, Presentation, Communication

- Salary range: 18.000.000 – 30.000.000 VND/month

- Periodical bonus: twice/year
