Customer Experience Intern is responsible for supporting Customer Experience team’s in BAU scopes such as measuring voice of customers, supporting PRURewards’ communication and merchant management, handling team’s administrative tasks and support team’s projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

1. Measure Voice of Customers (VOC)

  • Monitor the Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) system to operate automated surveys in servicing touchpoints: Call Center, GAs, New Business, PRUOnline App, …
  • Supervise closing-the-loop (CTL) process and make sure CTL actions are taken within the SLA
  • Monitor EFM reporting dashboards; prepare monthly touchpoint reports, VOC report and analyze customer feedback for improvements.

2. Support PRURewards’ communication and merchant management

  • In charge of “Redeeming Sunday” newsletter for VIP customers and cooperate with related team for checking stocks, designing, coding and releasing news via email and Facebook weekly
  • Prepare newsletters for agents and AD to push PRURewards’ deals, promotions and incentive programs.
  • Cooperate with Customer Care team in PRURewards’ merchant management

3. Handle administrative tasks & support projects

  • Handle team’s administrative tasks such as booking meeting, raising travel & payment requests, logistics for gift campaigns, ...
  • Support team’s projects and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Newly graduated
  • Have experience in writing communication content
  • Be good analytical skills, problem solving skills.
  • Be well-organized and have good Excel skills
  • Be responsive and flexible
  • Be a good listener and an excellent communicator
  • Be able to work well with people from different teams in the company

Working time: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM (Mon - Fri)
