Job description

Report to: Finance Manager (Vietnamese)

Manage 02 staff

• External Audit:
  • Prepare financial data to support periodic government report, regular government inspection (i.e. VCA, HCM DOIT, Ha Noi DOIT and provinces)

• Internal Audit:

• Support internal audit: including but not limited at full scope audit, FCPA, SOX, US GAAP
• Implement sound internal controls, accounting policies and procedures for financial/ operational areas

• Taxation:
  • Optimize Company’s tax burden in line with local tax laws
  • Meet deadlines of all tax reports and payment
  • Keep tracing and updating Group guidelines and local accounting and tax regulations
  • Support and Follow up tax investigation results
  • Coordinates corporate tax reporting pursuant to the Vietnam tax laws
  • Depends on assignment, this headcount will support Finance Manager for overseas task (within above scope)
• Organizational Relationships
  • Communicate with cross-function to ensure financial needs are being addressed and met
  • Interacts with auditors, tax authorities, insurance companies, distributors, vendors & consultants for daily operation.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent Professional qualification, CPA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting/finance management or supervisory level
• Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP system such as Oracle or SAP is a big plus
• Big4 Audit experience
• Strong local accounting and tax knowledge.
• Experience in a multi-national organization environment
• Independent, good communication
• Effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
