Job description

  • Develop new business leads
  • Evaluate customer potential and set up corporate accounts
  • Manage existing and new potential accounts
  • Reactivate old users and manage retention program
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting app/order problems
  • Analyze and research customer profiles and order behavior
  • Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs 

Job Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s degree holder in business or related disciplines 
  • At least 1 - 2 years in sales/ business development role
  • Prefers candidates who have experience in F&B/ Retails/ E-wallet/ E-commerce company
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
  • A data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Familiarity of using existing social media platforms
  • Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
