Mô tả công việc

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Implement the HR processes: onboarding, salary/position change, contract handling, rewarding - discipline, resignation.

• Calculate salary, bonus... of the whole company.

• Implement the social insurance/PIT/health insurance… tasks.

• Participate in proposing, developing policies, procedures of the department and the company.

• Guide/answer questions of employees about all compensation & benefits according to the company's regulations and laws.

• Participate in organizing training sessions, disseminating company rules and policies.

• Other duties assigned by direct management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• 3+ years experience as C&B Executive or relevant positions. 

• Good English (especially in writing).

• Good excel, good knowledge about labour, insurance/PIT laws.

• Good communication /teamwork /time management /organizational skills.
