Job description

Payroll (40%)

• Involved in full cycle of payroll processing such as undertaking payroll calculation, performing payroll reconciliation and reporting. To ensure payroll is processed timely & accurately
• Be responsible for SHUI & PIT (included PIT finalization)
• Be responsible for managing other processes related to employees’ payroll such as newcomers, rotation, resignation, etc

System Management (50%)

• Be in charge of payroll & HR System.
• Ensure data is accuracy, clean & timely updated.
• Be in charge of yearly performance appraisal via system management.

Other relevant tasks assigned by Line Manager (10%).

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in payroll, preferably working for multi-national company with large database
• Knowledge of Labor law & regulations, SHUI & PIT
• Experience in system management and interacting with systems
• Good command of English, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good at numerical & analytical skills
• Attention to details with high accuracy
