Mô tả công việc

  • Check attendant, follow up overtime, change working shift.
  • Follow up annual leaves, compensate day, maternity, sick leave.
  • Follow up probation time, labor contract, renew contract, resignation letter, termination, performance appraisal, discipline and all related.
  • Implement process payment for payroll and bonus: Calculate monthly payroll, incentive, bonus.
  • Make Payroll report, OT report, headcount report, people report, leaver report.
  • Process internal transfer and promotion.
  • Be in charge of Social Insurance, Health & Unemployment Insurance, accidence Insurance for employees.
  • Update all change of the law, make sure all C&B operation comply the law required such as: Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance, Labor contract.
  • Clearly understand the Company SOP and C&B’s policy such as working time, leave, resignation process.
  • Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care Package, Disciplinary Actions, etc.-Import and update information of employees into HRM System.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 04 years experience in C&B role (for scale of over 500 staffs) in manufacturing company with good knowledge of labor law, PIT Law, Social Insurance Law, and other related regulations.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
  • Strong MS office, especially Excel and database systems.
  • Good at English both speaking & writing.
  • Careful and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.

  • Working time: Monday to Friday
  • Working place: Thuan Giao, Thuan An, Binh Duong.
  • 13th and 14th month salary according to company policy.
  • Fully pay insurance (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance).
