Mô tả công việc

• Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the Design team to ensure that design team operations are completed on time, correctly, and as per the set goals.
• Lead and provide technical guidance/ solutions for projects to ensure the company brand.
• Lead and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• In charge of researching and developing new products, and reducing costs with the related team.
• Design electrical cabinets such as: LV, MV

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in electricity, electrical systems, automation, or mechanical.
• At least 10 years of experience in designing electrical panel cabinets & Experience in a manage position.
• Good at Korean or English communication.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, creative & innovative.
• Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Chance to be trained in Korea & Vietnam on skills & expertise
