Job description

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in line with manufacturing operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report periodic financial results to management.
• Operate and improve the financial system using ERP (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing).
• Coordinate with other accounting departments and relevant teams to ensure financial efficiency.
• Analyze costs, track product pricing, and profitability.
• Ensure VAS compliance, support IFRS conversion, and prepare audit documentatiAct as a financial advisor to management on investment, cost savings, and strategy.
• Communicate effectively in English or Korean with international stakeholders

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP (Financial modules) is a must.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, cash flow, and forecastiFamiliarity with local tax laws and compliance.
• Candidates with fluent Korean skills (written and spoken) are preferred
