Job description

Our client is a foreign garment manufacturing company looking for two positions are: HR &GA Manager + Compliance Managerworking in Quang Nam province as detail

1. HR & GA Manager position:

  • Managing 10 staffs, responsible for all of HR & GA functions:
  • Manage all HR related tasks and functions: HR organization chart, recruitment, compensation & benefits, policies, KPIs & performance appraisal, training development,
  • Organize and supervise GA & office activities: reception, security, cleaning, office equipment maintenance, dormitory, event planning…

2. ​Compliance Manager position:

  • Arrange the customer checklist with the factory,
  • Review factory / third party audit reports and prepare updated reports,
  • Provide recommendation, solution and assist factory to prepare for customer or customer third party audit,
  • Send all audit reports related to the supervisor and related departments,
  • Assist the plants to develop the self - assessment program,
  • Manage training and seminar activities related to compliance (internal/ external),
  • Track the status of a client's program or project,
  • Maintain the flow of information and knowledge between the customer and the third party monitoring company and all other relevant parts,
  • Collect, update information and share information and details of related issues,
  • Responsible of the social compliance manuals (internal, external),
  • Make contact, coordinate with related personnel, customers, and firms,
  • Accomplish other tasks assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Male/Female,
  • University Degree in related fields,
  • At least 2 -5 years of experience of working in a similar position for a manufacturing company (working for garment manufacturing company is an advantage),
  • Good at English/Chinese communication,
  • Good management skills, communication skill, handle problem,

*) Requirement for HR & GA manager:Have at least 3 years of experience working as a management level for foreign manufacturing with from 1.000 workers,

*) Requirement for Compliance Manager:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience working in Compliance field as a supervisor/ team leader/ assistant Manager/ Manager…;
  • Or have at least 5 years of experience working in Compliance field (both of internal & external),
  • Experience in both of internal & external compliance.
