Job description

- Handle recruitment process including: Request Analyzing, Job Description Preparation, Proposal Analyzing, Job posting, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Offering to on-board, Probation and Exit Interview.

- Update and Manage Candidate Database, Maintain relationship with candidates.

- Conduct all new hire orientations and assist in scheduling and preparation on boarding activities.

- Update HR trends, Labor Market Reports on Salary, Benefits, Recruitment and update laws on Labor, Tax, Insurance, ...

- Process probation evaluation, contract renewing evaluation, follow up and prepare labor contracts for all employees.

-  Handle monthly attendance tracking and payroll, manage annual leave, …

-  Handle Social, Health, Unemployed Insurance, …

-  Register PIT codes and dependents for employees, declare and make payment on monthly PIT, …

- To support HR projects: Develop KPI evaluation, HR Software systems, ...

- Manage employee profiles and update personnel information/data. 

- Other assignment as required;

Job Requirement

- College graduate in related fields

- At least 1 year working experience as HR Staff or C&B staff with experience in PIT and Social Insurance declaration

- Having experience in working for Japanese is an advantage

-  Have knowledge in Labor, Insurance, PIT Law

- Good at English (both speaking & writing)

- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Hard-working, careful and result-oriented

- Good communication, time management skill
