Mô tả công việc

1. Logistics cost management (10%)

• Bid for logistics costs
• FWD quotation updating
• Logistics cost payment
• Logistics cost report

2. Customs procedure, FTA CO management (20%)

• Handle import-export customs procedures
• Handle the tax payment process
• Prepare documents for customs audit
• Handle FTA CO for import and export

3. Delivery management (20%)

• Book vessel/flight/truck for import-export shipment
• Co-operate with related teams to arrange delivery on time

4. Free tax material management (30%)

• Cooperate with related teams to manage BOM and in/out stock for materials of export goods, and to issue C/O and export norms.

5. Goods insurance management (5%)

• Handle buying insurance for import-export shipments
• Payment for insurance fees

6. Update new Customs Decree & Circular, HS Code using management (5%)

• Update new decrees and circulars from the customs department website
• Check and update HS code for new material on HS code management file

7. Customs audit (5%)

• Support the Leader for Post Clearance audit (every 3 years) at factory related to HS code, free tax, FTA CO using…
• Working with authority and following their requirement. 
• Support part leader for self-audit every year

8. Saving cost (5%)

• Checking and requesting C/O FTA for import material
• Using forwarders with the best price for transportation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related
• At least 5 years of experience in Free Tax Material & Norm Management, Logistics Cost Control, Customs Clearance, FTAs & Regulatory Compliance, and International Delivery & Cargo Insurance
• Good at English (4 skills)
• Strong stakeholder & authority relationship management, negotiation, and cost sensitivity 
• Time management & organization, 
• Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
