Job description

• Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra, đối chiếu số liệu kế toán; phát hiện sai sót và phối hợp với kế toán viên để xử lý.
  Receive, verify, and reconcile accounting data; detect discrepancies and coordinate with accountants to resolve issues.
• Giám sát và phê duyệt các báo cáo thuế tháng, quý, năm (Công ty thuê ngoài dịch vụ báo cáo thuế và kiểm toán).
  Supervise and approve monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax reports (Tax reporting and auditing are outsourced).
• Lập báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo quản trị và tổng hợp số liệu kế toán theo mẫu của công ty khi Ban Giám đốc yêu cầu.
  Prepare financial statements, management reports, and compile accounting data using the company’s templates upon request from the Board of Directors.
• Kiểm tra, giám sát việc lưu trữ, bảo quản chứng từ kế toán.
  Check and oversee the preservation and storage of accounting records.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Ban Lãnh đạo.
  Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company’s Leadership.

Job Requirement

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Kế toán
  Bachelor’s or College degree in Accounting.
• Có chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng (hoặc cam kết hoàn thành trong 3–6 tháng)
  Certified Chief Accountant (or commitment to obtain within 3–6 months).
• Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 2 năm trong lĩnh vực kế toán
  Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Có khả năng giao tiếp và đọc hiểu tiếng Anh
  Able to communicate and read in English.

 ƯU TIÊN / NICE TO HAVE

• Kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực logistics hoặc xuất nhập khẩu.
  Experience in logistics or import-export.
• Nhanh nhẹn, chú ý đến chi tiết, tư duy phân tích tốt, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và thuyết phục.
  Agile, detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
• Ứng viên nữ trong độ tuổi 32–40 (ưu tiên, không bắt buộc).
  Female candidates aged 32–40 (preferred, not required).

 

Other Information

• Mức lương: 20–30 triệu VND/tháng (thỏa thuận theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm).
  Salary: VND 20–30 million/month (negotiable based on ability and experience).
• Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 – Thứ 6 (08:00–17:00), Thứ 7 sáng (08:00–12:00).
  Working hours: Monday – Friday (08:00–17:00), Saturday morning (08:00–12:00).
