Job description

• Managing and arranging division of labor for Lean staff.
• Summarize machine trial result for production manager.
• Carry out projects that are assigned by Lean manager/supervisor.
• Lean team built up and training to members, and evaluate teammates performance
• Deploy appropriate methodologies to problem solving and support teams to solve problems. Ensure the escalation process for problem solving is effective. Report and coordinate each departmen
• Create project plan and related chart for the team.

Job Requirement

• University degree or above.
• Garment breakdown and assemble knowledge
• English is a must 
• Computing Skill
• Line balancing
• Layout
• Lean and 6S
• Excellent leadership and man-management skills
