Job description

  • The Merchandising Sr. Manager will be in charge of leading and supervising the Merchandising team and report on its performance
  • Managing bulk order confirmation On-time Deliver to achieve Customer’s Delivery KPI
  • Overseeing customer demand and trend to implement to Merchandising strategies, Develop good relationships with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with Material Suppliers, Sub-contractors to ensure fabric and components in Good quality, Right In Time according to production schedule to meet garment delivery date.
  • To manage purchasing order accurately to ensure that all deadlines, inventory requirements, and customer orders are completed in a timely manner
  • Lead merchandising team effectively and professional. Allocation work to all Merchandise staffs of TMV factories, providing guidance on how to perform their tasks, advising problem solving.
  • Dealing and collaborating with multiple parties, departments to brainstorm new projects, problem solving for bulk issue
  • Monitoring the progress and quality of the work in the merchandising team
  • Manage customer’s documentation and manage buyers expectation

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 - 7 years working experience in the same position in garment manufacturing industry
  • University graduated with major in Garment/Textile or related fields
  • Excellent decision-making and follow-through skills
  • Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Open for expats and local Vietnamese nationality
  • Chinese and English speaking is an advantage
  • Good conmputer skills
