Job description

• Meet the commercial targets (Volume, Sales, Gross Profit (GP)%, GP/min, percentage of successfully developed stories, working capital, personnel cost/GP) for each segment/stories defined in the Initial Target;
• Take responsibility for production planning, manage manufacturing team, direct contact with customers, factory & supplier;
• Contact customers about forecast quantity to book with factory for each season;
• Contact with customers about greige order and send to merchandiser to book greige materials with suppliers in advance;
• Work with customers to get dye (official) order and send to merchandiser to arrange next step;
• Creat general overview and balance all information which have confirmed from suppliers about quantities and delivery time so that could give out input date for production;
• Work with production manager about target finish that order;
• Working closely with logistic department to arrange material will arrive as progress of planning sheet. Arrange inspection 100% before production, if inspection report is lacking quantities or poor quality and then will release debit note to supplier as corresponding quantities;
• Work closely with warehouse for releasing material as plan to ensure that line production is not blank;
• Making score card report and KPI delivery report.

Job Requirement

• At least 15 years experienced in management level with background experience in lingerie,  intimates, garment or textile business is preferred;
• Male or Female, age from 40 - 50 years old;
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree of Business Administration or related fields;
• Good command in English both writing and speaking;
• Price calculation experience;
• Product sensibility;
• Deeply autonomous and pro-active, capable of working in a challenging environment;
• Good connection skills (coordination with others department), connecting with different ideas, dealing with issues, concrete targets and important deadline.

• Attractive fixed salary (negotiable depending on the profile and experience);
• Attractive bonus on the performance via the target reaching appraisal;
• Working location: Dong Nai (have shuttle bus from HCM);
• Working time: Monday to Friday.
