Job description

- Research and develop new bakery products
- Provide document standards and specifications for all the ingredients, process and finished products
- Evaluation and testing of alternate materials to expand material choice without compromising product quality.
- Conduct regular sensory evaluation of products
- Conduct optimize costing activities or product modifications
- Co-ordinate with all supporting departments for smooth operation and troubleshooting (related job)
- Work with the relevant department to apply the new procedure to manufacturing
- Have knowledge about bakery, premix or food industry
- Control quality of the sensory test before packing
- Follow others task as instruction from Deputy R&D Manager

Job Requirement

- University/College degree, major in Food technology, food chemistry.
- Good command of English (Speaking and Writing)
- Minimum 1-year experience
