Job description

- Partner Development’s role is to help iCare Benefits increase its potential customers (iCare Members) base. This is achieved by connecting with new factories to present the iCare’s employee benefits program and win the cooperation agreement.
- Develop partnership with key iCare ambassadors in the region such as labor union committees, industrial zone management, and relevant trade associations.
- Manage leads in the region 
- Ensure all factories in the region are in the iCB’s database (NetSuite) 
- Cooperate with the AM to hand over newly contracted factories and ensure successful deployment 

Job Requirement

- At least 3 years experience in enterprise sales (B2B customer acquisition)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, Vietnamese) 
- Experience in any of the industries: B2B insurance sales, bank corporate customers relationship management, bank payroll customers sales, or other related to dealing with HR management as a customer/partner 
- Strong individual work skills, self-motivation, etc., 
- Result-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills 
- Enjoy serving/supporting other people 
- Flexible / Open-minded to learn new sales approach required by iCare Benefits nature 
- Understanding of employee benefits sales 
- English speaking
