Mô tả công việc

• In charge production plan for factory to be made in the optimal way for minimium operation cost and OTIF.
• Monitor and check actual performance of the designated product line vs. objectives via weekly/monthly report, prepares gap analysis and corrective action. Work with Production manager to ensure daily/weekly/monthly plan will be proceeded according to schedule and on time delivery.
• Ensure material requirement planning to be made in the way of supplying enough material to production at minimum stock of material.
• Keep track of shipment plan and ensure to ship cargo to customer timely.
• Ensure material allocation to do correctly to ensure meeting requirement for each customer.
• Tracking stock at oversea warehouses and make shipment plan to ensure optimal stock in these warehouse.
•  Coordinate with other department such as Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, Production, Warehouse & Shipping, Finance… to ensure excellent customer service at optimized cost.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Have 07 years of work experience in a professional manufacturing environment and food production is prefer, with experience in leading a team (for minimum 3 years).
• Bachelor Degree in International Trade/Economics/Supply Chain, etc.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Ability to use ERP, SAP system.
• A good problem solver, good in handling ambiguity, and ability to improvise depending on the situation.

• Working location: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai (Have a shuttle bus from HCMC)
• Working time: Monday to Friday.
• Salary: negotiable from 2,000$ to 2,400$
• Competitive Income plus 13th fixed salary plus KPIs Performance Bonus (1-3 months).
