Job description

Our client is a big company, now is looking for an Production Supervisor working in Vsip 1 - Binh Duong province as detail:

• Control production output, elimination rate, use of raw materials and downtime,
• Analyzing to find out the root cause when the machine / product issue,
• Coordinate related departments to improve and prevent problems in the future,
• Improve product processes, manufacturing and planning for machine improvement,
• Develop work processes for subordinates to control product quality and machine stability,
• Understand the principles of the machine and how to control the quality and prevent product defects,
• Work directly with experts from the machine supplier when there is a new project,
• Human management: build work processes, technical training for subordinates and allocate human resources based on production plans,
• Control OT according to OT number allowed,
• Prepare weekly, monthly reports to analyze points not in line with the improvement plan,
• Arrange and located packer non shift to sort product according to the problem,
• Send packaging products to QC department for inspection,
• Distribute the rejected product from the sorted result to be crushed,
• Clearly classify good products and defective products,
• Keep the work area neat and clean.

Job Requirement

• Male / female, 30 - 45 years old
• University or higher, specialized in engineering (Electrical, mechanical, automation ...)
• Have 3 years of experience in an equivalent position in the plastic industry (Injection Blow Moulding), preferably experienced in management 3 work shifts
• Good at English
• Analysis and handling of machine problems.
