Mô tả công việc

• Responsible for re-formulating the new product based on local raw materials and creating new formula upon marketing request in line with internal & external requirements.
• Improve the existing products by adjusting the formula, production process or raw material replacement, etc.
• Source raw materials with the Purchasing Department, conduct kitchen trials for the formulation and prepare cost estimated for marketing decision-making.
• Responsible for updating specifications of raw materials, and packaging material.
• Prepare technical documents for the FDA registration.
• Work closely with the production on the first and second production lots to solve problems of production.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Background: Food Technology Chemistry / Biotechnology or related majors.
• 3-5 years of working experience in the R&D (Packaging and/or Formula) in FMCG – F&B companies. 
• Knowledge FDA regulations, laboratory practices, chemistry, microbiology, statistics, technical audit, SAP, QMS, NGMP, HACCP, costing awareness.
• Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills, as well as strong communication, conviction skills, Problem-solving skills, Project management.
• English: fluently.

• Working time: Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 17:20 
• Working place: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province (have a shuttle bus from HCM)
