Job description

  • Manage and operate the telephone system train user and track handsets.
  • Issue and track company equipment and access to systems;
    • Door Cards / ID Cards
    • Telephones (mobile and fixed-line)
    • Computer equipment
    • Workspace
    • IT system access approvals
  • Manage the meeting rooms (7) in the HCMC office, including bookings system, cleaning, facilities in the room;
  • Effectively deal with visitors, sign them in and issue visitor cards (10 to 15 per day);
  • Organize the stationary for the office and take deliveries, track usage;
  • Organize the mail and package delivery for the office and track usage;
  • Be the ‘safety’ person for the office and ensure that all people know about the safety procedures for the building;
  • Work with building management and fit-out contractors on minor maintenance of the office;
  • Organize internal employee communications (meetings, newsletters, etc)
  • Organize employee events with the Trade Union.

Job Requirement

  • At least 2 years of work experience.
  • A good communicator, you will have a clear speaking voice on the telephone and send simple and clear email messages.
  • You will be familiar with working on a database, saving, and retrieving information.
  • You will know how to operate modern office equipment such as voicemail and fax machines.
  • Experience in running employee social events.
