Job description

  • Implement recruitment procedure and other activities related to onboarding stage as well as support during probation period;
  • Manage and improve content on recruitment channels;
  • Maintain relationship with universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc. to ensure sustainable talent pool for recruitment;
  • Collaborate and coordinate Job fairs, Interview days, Seminars, etc. organized by universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc.;
  • Update progress and evaluate recruitment effectiveness;
  • Develop recruitment management system;
  • Handle internship activities;
  • Manage contract & payment for vendors;
  • Support setting up periodical activities/ events related to Labor Relations and deploying Workforce Nutrition software.

Job Requirement

  • Major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors;
  • Have good knowledge of Labor Law and Human Resources field;
  • Good command in English (IELTS 6.0/TOEIC 800+);
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Power BI;
  • Ability to work under high pressure and multi-tasking;
  • Hard-working and proactive.
