Job description

• Receive recruitment requirements and understand clients’ hiring needs.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and personal databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
• Approach, consult, and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool across different industries and functions.
• Other related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Job Requirement

• 1+ year of experience in Recruitment, Headhunting, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
• Experience in a recruitment agency/headhunting environment is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Good communication, consulting, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Result-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment KPIs.
• Good English communication is an advantage.
