Job description

  • Support Sales team;
  • Follow up sales contracts, booking confirmations;
  • Maximize any opportunity to promote and sell services of the company;
  • Provide status reports to management on overall sales and leasing activities;
  • Collect all information relevant to Company’s business;
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems;
  • Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit;
  • Attending all request from the customers and transfer to concerned department;
  • Ensure a good-looking, clean & tidy reception corner;
  • Receive and transfer telephone calls, letters to the person or department concerned;
  • Other duties as assigned and required.
     

Job Requirement

  •  Good command of English;
  •  Communication skills;
  •  Customer service oriented;
  •  Graduated University/Colleges with major: Business Administration, B.A. in English   and other related;
  •  Ability to work under pressure;
  •  Experiences: 0-2 years.

  •  13th month salary;
  •  Extensive training program (SAP, CRM, Machine portfolio…);
  •  All travel expenses will be covered. - Laptop for employees;

  • Health care: 300 USD/year;
  • Probation: 2 months.
