Mô tả công việc
- Manage performance for Social compliance of Mainland Southeast Asia factories and Suppliers;
- Take lead on preparation and hosting Internal, External & Customer audits. Follow up with cross-functional teams in Corrective action and ensure CAP closed on-time;
- Provide support on Compliance to Production/Commercial teams to drive compliance on Social, Products, and Brands Compliance;
- Drive the implementation of new Compliance requirements from Global & Customer by providing training and coaching during deployment to cross-functional teams;
- Develop sustainable compliance systems and monitor the systems to strengthen the compliance systems and readiness of audits.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualified Social Compliance Auditor is highly preferred (SMETA, BSCI, SA8000…);
- Experienced in Social Compliance audit in Garment & Footwear Industry;
- Professional in Speaking & Writing skill in English.
