Mô tả công việc

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support long-term planning, including cash flow, CAPEX, profit & loss, and balance sheet forecasts.
• Coordinate with corporate finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting formats.
• Track business performance versus targets, highlight key variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Create insightful dashboards and financial reports for leadership decision-making.
• Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for strategic planning.

2. Cost Analysis & Control

• Oversee product costing (standard/actual), monthly closing entries, and cost allocations.
• Analyze production and operational costs, identify key cost drivers, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure inventory and cost reporting aligns with accounting standards and internal controls.

3. Management Reporting

• Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports, including profitability analysis and cost tracking.
• Support accurate and timely submission of financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and monitor key financial KPIs.

4. Process Optimization & Operational Support

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in finance operations and reporting processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial workflows and policy implementation.
• Support intercompany pricing strategy to comply with local regulations and enhance tax efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) are a strong plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, cost analysis, or management accounting.
• Exposure to manufacturing or FMCG industry environments is highly preferred.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
