Mô tả công việc

• Develop, standardize, and continuously improve company policies, procedures, and business processes.
• Design and manage approval workflows and the authority matrix to ensure efficient decision-making.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, monitor budget performance, and analyze variances.
• Prepare management reports and provide business performance analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures, conduct training, and implement corrective actions.
• Support ERP implementation and drive process improvement initiatives across departments

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
• 3–5 years’ experience in:  Planning / Finance / Internal control / Business analysis;
• Experience in:  budgeting, reporting, and process improvement;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking;
• Understanding of business operations and financial impact;
• Ability to design and improve processes;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture;
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work cross-functionally;
