Job description

- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts (sales, procurement, projects, etc.)
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders (Sales, Project, Procurement, HR, Finance)
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and internal/global policies
- Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Support legal aspects of project execution and business operations
- Liaise with external law firms, authorities, and partners.

Job Requirement

- 5–8+ years of legal experience (MNC preferred)
- Strong in contracts & compliance
- Fluent in English (Korean is a plus).
