Job description

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients to understand and document their needs and objectives.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals.
• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Manage project versions, resources, and timelines.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative project management environment.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, and within scope.

Job Requirement

• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Experience in airline, aviation, and travel projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to relevant teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements.
• Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines
• Prefer candidates who have experience working with international customers/projects
• Knowledge of business analysis process and methodologies, software process management, and project management
• Self-motivated withthe  ability to work independently and be an efficient member of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
