Job description

• Support Construction manager to manage all related building work (architect, structure, civil) from design, procurement, and construction management;
• SSHE: coordinate with SSHE team and take lead related building work;
• Manage consultant to make complete and right design according to company's standards (safety, hygienic), comply with local regulation, full fill operation requirements;
• Manage Contractors to execute building (structure, finishing) work according to design and work schedule. Coordinate with other stream during installation and commission;
• Preparation site temporary facility and coordinate with other teams from design, construction, installation and commission;
• Coordinate with Contractor and Consultant to complete as build document and handover to Operation team.

Job Requirement

• Have over 10 years experience for factory project from design and construction phase in general with 3 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry;
• Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E);
• Experience in coordinating the work of consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project team members as part of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams;
• Practical experience of construction site safety from participation in complex, major projects with tight timelines;
• Construction quality assurance/Quality control plan;
• Risk Analysis, Evaluation and Management;
• Ability to understand and apply complex technical specifications, standards, and procedures;
• Good knowledge of building structure and finishing work (Civil, Structure, Architect);
• Knowledge of basic electrical construction (basic conduit, supports, boxes), basic mechanical construction (pumps, valves, piping), HVAC system.
