Job description
- Be responsible for training Service Technicians on the maintenance, repair, and diagnosis of automotive industry.
- Assist with the development of staff by providing product and technical training and coaching for the service branches.
- Ensure timely maintenance of training records.
- Manage training resources as required.
- Monthly training performance reporting to management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s in Automotive mechanical engineering.
- Have about 03 years of experience an Automotive Trainer in the forklift industry is an advantage.
- Good at training skills, presentation and communication skills, leadership skills, etc.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Training/ L&D certifications will be a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint/ Word/ Excel).
